Chocolate Rocks
About Chocolate Rocks:
The Chocolate Rocks are named for their appearance, and the routes here are supposedly of excellent quality. Their remote location (in relative terms) and short approach make them ideal for getting away from the crowds of Red Rocks on a sunny winter day.
Approach:The Chocolate Rocks are located on the southernmost part of Red Rocks, next to Route 160. Park on the side of Route 160 near the rocks (short, brown cliffs) and a 20 minute hike will bring you to the climbs. Sun facing. Beta/Updates: |
