About Angel Falls:

Description: Located deep inside on the South Loop trail, Angel Falls has been known to ice over in the winter, creating the classic Vegas Hose Monster. During the summer months, though, this dry fall is an amazing 8 pitch sport climb.

Approach: From the Cathedral Rock parking area, head up SR157 to its end, and then hopping onto a trail on your right. This is the South Loop trail. Follow this trail up a ways until it begins to turn to the left. You should see a fork heading straight or slightly right. This trail will take you to the base of Angel Falls.
