About Upper Ledge:

The Upper Ledge is the face above the Top Rope Buttress. This area has only recently begun to see cleaning and restoration. If you must climb this section, please stay on routes with new gear. There are still many routes on this wall that have not been cleaned and rebolted so please do not use these routes until they are ready. A topo will be provided when the wall is ready for use. As with all climbing here, there is always the chance of holds breaking off or there still being some loose debris. That is part of climbing and could happen on any real rock, no matter the location. Be sure to climb safely, wear a helmet if possible, and always be aware of your surroundings.
Approach: From the parking lot, follow the paved walking trail a few feet to a rock lined path on the left that leads to the top of the Top Rope Buttress. For top-roping, it will be necessary to walk around one of the ends of the cliff, with the access to the top of the Left Wall being best.
