About Vertical Edge Climbing Center:

This indoor gym features 8,500 square feet of walls with 24 foot verticals. Facility includes a 500 square foot bouldering cave and 400 square feet of leadable cave. Programs offered include: birthday parties, over-night "lock-ins," and a portable climbing wall available for rent for off-site events. Hosts a JCCA Youth Team. Instruction available. VECC offers daily climbing at the following basic rates: • Top Roping... $11.00 • Bouldering... $ 7.00 They also offer equipment rental, quarterly and annual memberships, and a number of money-saving options.

Directions: From Raleigh: Head west on US70. VECC is located on the left, approximately 4.5 miles past the intersection of Aviation Parkway (near Angus Barn) and US70. (You will need to go past us and make a U-turn at the first cut-through.) From Durham/Chapel Hill: Head east on US70. VECC is located on the right, approximately 1.5 miles past the intersection of Miami Blvd. and US70.
