About House Boulder:

three areas very close to a turnoff on 221, about 5 miles north of grandfather mountain park entrance and 2 miles north of the nearest blueridge parkway ramp. pullout is right next to a stone wall with a big overhanging wall about 45 degrees past vertical with a stream going under the road, further north up 221, there is a hugh 70-80 foot wall with toprope bolts in place for a route thats maybe a 5.13 or so, you'll see the chalk up close. further north is what i call the house boulder, its big and obvious right off the road with grafitti on it, the road facing side is pretty crappy but there are some fun easy routes on the opposite side of the boulder
