About Yellow:

From Wingo picnic area take trail downhill. Turn left at overlook. Look for eye bolts painted yellow.
Approach: Park at the parking area just passed the Wingo Picnic area. Enter the trailhead pass and old structure on the right. At trail intersection of the North Rim Trail head right for the eye bolts painted yellow, three sets of two spread by about 30 ft.
