Lower Dip
About Lower Dip:
This is the star of the area. The area is a mix of broken basalt and a few 20-25 foot bands of Tuft. The best climbing is on the tuft. Plenty of pockets from 1 finger to whole arm. There are a plethora of V0 - V4 with a few harder problems in the works. |
Approach: | Drive down and to the right of the big dip entrance. Get into the bottem of the canyon and start driving north. You will see rock all over. Stop and climb when you want. The best Rock band is about a mile down the canyon. |
