About Bread Slice:
This is a nice easy slab climb that can be toproped. There are some old pins but don't use these as they are rather old. There aren't many routes here. It is just a nice place to get a little practice on slabs, have a picnic lunch and watch a beautiful sunset. |

Directions: | From Route 78 take 61 North for a few miles until you see the sign on the right for Weiser State Forest. Go up the gravel road for about a half mile and park in little pullout on the road. Follow the trail for about 15 minutes and turn off the trail to go down the hill about 5 minutes until you see the slab sticking out of the ground (about half way down the mountain). I'll have more specific instructions when I take the GPS with me. |
