Located about a mile and a half south of the town of Gettysburg it offers good bouldering. It is located right where some of the bloodiest parts of the Civil War were fought.
This area is CLOSED to climbing. The Devil's Den is located within the Gettysburg National Military Park and NO ROCK CLIMBING is allowed within its boundaries. Heck, you aren't even allowed to picnic at Devil's Den. If you decide to climb here realize that you could be fined, kicked out of the park, and hassled in general. Thousands of people died here and the park attempts to avoid detraction of the historic setting of the park.
