About Hillside Boulders:
Landing area is flat. A nine foot tall rectangular block sits on the the uphill side while a large free standing rock (which runs down to the road) is on your downhill side. The uphill side block has established problems on its main face: The Legend of Zelda (V1) on the left and Like a Glove (V0) on the right. |
Approach: | From parking pullout on NE side of Old Pike Rd (next to placard), continue on well defined trail toward the main wall. After only 30ft from the road, cut up steep hill to your left and continue for another 30ft until it flattens out. |
