About Short Mountain:
| At first mention of “Short Mountain” to a Tennessee climber, you may get a confused look. Or maybe they are one of the adventurous who has made the drive down 70 S East through the small town of Woodbury to find the hidden gem. Folks have been climbing around these parts for 20 some odd years. Development of the area resulted from the likes of Jeff Noffsinger, Ben Salser, Daniel Worley, and Jon Phillips to mention a few. Claimed to be “the nearest climbing to Nashville,” the area is home to many classics and definitely worth a visit. |
