About Deep Creek:
| Thanks to the SCC for securing access to this awesome crag! Hidden deep in the woods along the Three Gorges Segment of the Cumberland Trail, this crag is among the best sandstone sport locations in the region. The orientation of the cliff and dense hardwoods keep the rock shaded even during the brutal summer months. The creek just below the base runs clear and is perfect for cooling off in. Steep rock and big holds abound. Most routes seem to clock in at 5.11 and up. |

| Access Issues: | The parking area for Deep Creek is managed by the SCC and is gated and locked. Visitors need to know the 4 digit combo code to open the gate, then need to lock the gate back behind them (both when entering and leaving the parking lot).
