Quartz sandstone bluff line with alot of boulders that have fallen down the hill over the years. Its a good mile hike uphill to get to it. Some good potential for bouldering if someone would clean some routes. Closest accessible real rock in the Knoxville area. |

Directions: | From Knoxville, drive east on I-40 to the Rutledge Pike exit and trun right onto US 11W. After 10 miles turn left onto Idumea Road at a sign for House Mountain State Park. In 0.6 mile turn left onto Hogskin and drive 0.8 mile to a parking area on the right. |

Access Issues: | The information sign at the entrance mentions rock climbing as prohibited. This park has the same classification as Devils Racetrack though. After many attempts to contact park services I never received a return call about it. Climb on! |
