About Beaty Boulders:

New routes are being sent, new areas here have been opened up and there more climbable terrain than we ever expected. Some highball walls are now open as well as some high traverses that are being bolted as we speak. The setting is really fun and laid back and a small crew of die hard locals climb here almost daily.
Nearest town or city: San Angelo
Directions: from the loop 306 around the town of San Angelo take the Knickerbocker rd. exit towards lake Nasworthy. Just after you cross the railroad tracks start looking to the left for Beaty Rd. Go to the end of Beaty rd. and stay to the left when the road splits. Just after the split you will see a dirt access road that drops down a hill to get behind the Lake Nasworthy spillway. Beaty Boulders is on the right side as you get to the bottom of the hill. The newly opened E-Beaty area is to the left side of the road which is smaller but has some great new stuff you don't want to miss.
