About The Beak:

Cliff band on the north side of the road near the top of the canyon. Drive up past the ponderosas and it will show up on the left side of the road just after the turn. All the routes are bolted for lead. A few friends and I are developing this and other sections of the canyon. There is an abundance of bat leavings here late in the season. They are dry, but make the holds slick and might add a letter grade to the climbs.
