About whale boulder:

Look for this boulder on the left side of the bike trail near the 42nd street parking area. It contains two difficult problems and a couple easier problems. This is an unusually good boulder for Richmond and even for the state. I dare to say that the two hard problems on this boulder are the best of their grades in the Virginia. However, you won't find much else within Richmond that is worth climbing.
