About Omak Lake:
A carved out valley filled with boulders and one 'big wall'. This area is relatively undeveloped. The main boulders are west of the parking area both visible and up on the ridge line. Where as the 'big wall' is eastward across Omak lake. The area right around the Parking lot is supposed public land, however the boulders that are half way down the lake are part of a private ranch. **note** this is on reservation land, make sure to check before climbing. |

Directions: | Take 155 East out of Omak, turn right on North End Omak Lake road. You will first drive past the Native American School, and then several farms. Try not to be tempted by the rocks near the road, instead drive till you reach the lake, park in the upper campground area and climb away. |

Access Issues: | This is on reservation property and currently (July 2007) there has been some people allowed to climb. Make sure to ask the local officials before climbing, also please be extra diligent when it comes to cleaning up all chalk marks and garbage. |
