About rock behind the rugby field:

Rock face is extremely brittle, also the top of the cliff is very overgrown with brushy trees and yet there are very few trees strong enough to create anchor points.
Nearest town or city: Platteville
Directions: Park in the lot by the tennis/basketball courts and hike West North-West until you come to a broken down bridge. Cross the bridge and continue South. Within a few hundred feet you will see the crumbling rock face.
Latitude, Longitude:
Access Issues: Have to duck under barb wire fencing twice. It's also posted "No Trespassing". I don't think it's worth it given the poor quality of rock.
