About Cabin Boulders:

Just beyond where the asphalt turns into gravel, up in the trees, is a beautiful garden of half a dozen boulders. Short hike, a good assortment of fun problems and a unique setting make this a great place to get a work out and have some fun. Being that the boulders are in the trees, they don't receive much sunlight. The season starts when the snow melts off and ends when it snows again.
Nearest town or city: Lander
Directions: From Lander, take State Hwy. 131 South to Sink's Canyon State Park. Drive through the State Park and into the Shoshone National Forest. Continue driving until you reach the end of the asphalt. Once here you will see a parking area, with phone and restrooms, on the South side of the road, park here. Walk West to the road, then South on the road. After approximately 75 yards, there will be a trail that goes West, follow the trail for 30 seconds and you will see the boulders.
