About La Palestra:
| A dry waterfall which is one of the few places in San Juan that offers good oppurtunities for traditional climbing. The quality of the rock is quite poor in some places though, so be cautious. Bring along some traditional gear anyway, because bolts are sometimes old or have been removed. The site offers a very nice view of the city of San Juan. |

| Directions: | From San Juan, go west on Avenida Libertador and head for Zonda. When you're approaching the hills, take the dustroad on your righthand and drive your car to the foot of the hills. Hike south for a few minutes and you will reach the lower waterfall. Climb up from there in in a few minutes you are at the higher waterfall. |
