Jackob Schubert on the podium again, for the third time out of three World Cup competitions, with a perfect performance: top in the semifinals and in the finals. Similarly, Mina Markovic reaffirms her great shape by topping all rounds; both climbers are now leading the World Cup ranking and - despite the long road to the end of the circuit - they seem to have changed up the gear.

In the men's field, Sachi Amma (JPN) follows in second place and Manu Romain (FRA) in third, both with a top in the finals but a less brilliant result in the semifinals. As to the women, Mina has a not so consistent advantage on her rival Kim Jain (KOR), while Katharina Posch, from Austria, follows third.

Maria Krasavina, from Russia, set this weekend the new women speed record, with a time of 8.87; the female speed podium is a confirmation of the strength of the Russian team, with Alexseeva Ksenia and Yulia Levochkina respectively in second and third position behind their teammate.

Zhong Qixin seizes gold in the men's field, where the podium is more varied; lukasz Swirk (POL) gets silver and the Indonesian Pandu Galar is awarded bronze.

The next competition, also in China, is scheduled for September 7 and 8, later this week. Don't miss it on IFSC.tv!
