Ueli is back in Yosemite National Park with the hope of breaking the speed record on El Capitan.

With climbing partner Alex Honnold, Ueli is eyeing the perfect line to beat the current record of 2 hours 37 minutes and 05 seconds set on October 8, 2009 by Hans Florine and Yuji Hirayama. The exact attempt date has not been announced, but they are feeling well trained and ready for the attempt. Here’s some eye candy of a recent training run: http://www.vimeo.com/11938818
