On the beginner hangboard log, under "Big Sloper", you have 5X10 w/5 35lbs. I think this means 5 sets of 10 hangs with 35lbs hanging on yourself. What does w/5 mean? Does it mean your starting with 5lbs and adding 5lbs each set?
