For outside climbing I like pants that are a little more durable than the cotton/lycra yoga style pants I wear inside. I really like Prana's Verona Pant. They're cute and neither skin tight nor super baggy, but definitely more of a traditional pant fit than wide capris or gauchos. The material is nice and durable and you don't get holes the first time they rub against the rock. Plus they have pockets. http://www.prana.com/...;menu=&active=26 I also like Prana's Trinity Pants for the same reasons above, they also have reinforced knee patches which is nice. http://www.prana.com/...;menu=&active=26 I am not sure what shape you are, but I like my pants to be lower rise b/c I don't have a narrow waist compared to my hips. I'm shaped more like a boy than a girl. I also feel that Prana's tank tops are longer and have good coverage on top. Patagonia seems to be notorious for making tank tops that cut you off right at the love handles. Word on the street is that their tanks will be longer next year. Be sure to search online like Mountaingear.com or some other websites for sales this time of year!
