Photoflow Links with flickr for really time chat. You browse streams and people see, they can browse your streams, and it's great for REAL TIME critiqueing. Actually it's kinda fun for that, although people always pick your best shots then say how much they like them and come up with the most rediculuous improvements. As opposed to picking a mediocre shot and really giving some constructive advice.
