The FBI doesent have time to run after every high school kid in America downloading illegal copies of Lady GaGa's latest song, they dont give a shit about that stuff. Illegal file sharing is more often a civil issue than a legal one, if anyone comes after you its going to be RIAA, not the FBI. If the FBI is coming after you for illegal file sharing its probably because you have terabytes of illegal media on a website that gets ten million visitors a month.
