Was wondering if anyone in the area would be interested in meeting for beer and wings somewhere. I was thinking the Pocono area would be good or anywhere else. We can make it on a weekend after a day of bouldering or climbing. It would be a good way to meet some of the people in the area and maybe hook up with partners and talk about trips and whatever. Let me know what ya think

If you do decide to do this.. and come up with a date.. I will try to make it if that counts.. and I will probably bring someone with me, don't know who, but thats a long trip for wings and beer lol

I have some limitations as to dates but I would be there!!! Just try to give some notice. I should have some others who would come too. April 20 - 28 I am climbing T-Wall and hanging with some friends in Charollette at a music fest and May 18 - 23 I will be at Cathedral. So just let me know. But count me in.

I cant make it may fourth but the next week is ok for me. Where are you planning to have this get together? May I suggest the Delaware Water Gap, its a big place with plenty of climbing to choose from and theres a pretty big town nearby wich would provide almost anything we would need to make lots of fun. There are almost two miles of cliffs there in Pa. and Nj. so that makes for plenty of climbing choices. Anyway lets have some more feedback.

The 11th would actually be a better day for me , because on the 5th i am doing the 5 boro bike ride. No fun riding a bike a bike all hung over and dehydrated. I Live about 20 minutes from theGap so if anyone want or needs to take a shower you can so it at my house

For the meeting place for those who will be climbing before the beer and wing meet in the rest stop on 80 around 11. If you are coming from PA it will be your first exit after the toll plaza. If you are coming from NJ there will be a exit after the S turns. As you are going thru the turns you will see a scree field and the cliff on your right.I will try to be in the lot between 10 and 1030 look for a black Jeep Cherokee. If anyone has any questions PM me. Hope to see alot of people there. I would recomend bringing a helmet if you own one. Stuff has been known to fall

Does anyone know where the cold air cave is? thats where I'll be I'm going to meet a partner of mine there early and plan to climb all day. If you guys are going to meet at 11:00 you should come over there when you all get together and come up to the cliff. I'll be around the high wall or land of the giants areas. So come up and get some of Pa's best climbing in. Hope to see you there!
