(not even to mention my 8 years of climbing in Verdon) so, if you go to verdon, you don't go there to do base climbs. and if you go to squamish, you don't just go there to do base climbs. so whats the point? yeah, I know, its the TRAD thing! but thats rad, whatever you say. and people who can climb trad are benefited over other people because they can climb the raddest lines on earth!

I see you point, but i think the problem is, you state your opinions as facts. For ME, the raddest lines are big overhanging or roofy limestone tufa lines. It's just a matter of taste, not fact.

Its looking really good Daniel. I promise one day I will motivate myslef to help you update the crag database. I am climbing lots and lots of these crags on a daily and weekly basis. Oh and "Schaufala" is the greatest Franken food around especially with wirsing and klos. Keep up the good work. And if you ever want to visit the area, I can offer you a couch and a tour.

climbing's better than surfing!!! [hides from a beating] tisar - canadian rockies are gorgeous, and people very nice (i.e. met david and emily again, thx for having me guys in case you check this forum). I didn't like the fact that you have to pay like $ CA8 per person per day to visit the 'national park' that covers almost all of the higher mountains - i guess that still beats $US15 you have to pay at the Gunks...
