Alright guys, plans are set, I'm coming to the US!
WWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The limits on where I'm going? NONE.
I have a full year to spend however I choose and right now I'm choosing climbing!
I'm not lying when I say I want to climb with EVERYONE from this site, and many other people too! (okay, maybe not everyone. Sorry chossy).
So here's the deal, I'm making no plans! All I wanna know is who is up for a banter. When I say a banter, I mean anything from me being a subbie on some 2X pitch death aid route (your lead!  ) to boulder bitching in the shadow of a mountain.
I want to experiance everything from you're local climbing and culture to your personal views on anything and everything.
I seriously don't care who you are, we could have had a pissing match in some thread or many, I could have told you that you're a pig [censored]ing [censored] sucker, I'll still climb with you, and I guarantee we'll have a fuckin' blast.
Fuck, I'll even clip bolts next to handcracks- I just want to experiance the local experiance!
So anyone (and I mean ANYONE) who is up for climbing, bantering, partying, WHATEVER (sorry, I don't do gangbangs* or drug deals) and doesn't mind me sleeping on your floor on a 7cm thermarest post UP.
All I need to know is your location, how long I can crash with you, and anything else you want to tell me. I'll prolly contact you through this site.
Stage one is taking place over the next month, when I'll be hitting up anyone and everyone in the UK. I'm willing to hit gogarth, pabbay, even the peak.
After that it's over stateside. So I can semi-plan or think about routes I can take around the country let's get a few names in early.
The only solid plans I have are hitting Ourey for the fest and climbing with mr Angry in the desert around new years, and climbing in NC with whomever next month (or whenever my f*cking passport comes through).
Let's get this year long climbing party started!

Here's one or two details about myself, to stop you getting scared away:
I'm 19, fairly mature when it comes to serious matters but piss about like any other.
I'm not into drugs, if there's no table you can snort a line off my helmet I really don't care (so long as you can still belay ) but don't bother offering any to me. I can't drink much either (perma-damage to liver after infancy infection) but enjoy the odd single malt scotch whiskey.
I'm heterosexual but by no means homophobic. I have a girlfriend.
I LOVE all kinds of climbing.
I've been climbing for plenty of years so seriously, don't worry about me being a noobert. Many people have said I'm the best belay (judging slack needed to clip, reading the ropes etc.) they've ever had. The exception to this is aid climbing. Never dun it before. Will be little whipbitch.

You're welcome to climb with me but winter is mostly indoors climbing and outdoor skiing. I'm about an hour north of Angry. I don't know shit about crack technique but am willing to try; these days I'm mostly a sport climber. We can find some space for you but you gotta put up with the kids for however long you stay. After Dec 14 and before Jan 17 is best (school is out for me).

Well if you will be at the ice fest I will see you there. If you want to get on some nice backcountry stuff let me know and we can do that as well. In the winter I spend alot of time in Ouray/Silverton area.
I'd love to take you out on some sweet New Mexico granite but depending on what time of year you are out here it could be too cold or snowy just depends on if we get dumped on this year.
I'm in Albuquerque, NM but as I said before from December to April I can be found roaming Colorado for sweet ice lines.

Alleyhave, I'm all over hitting up Jtree! Dunno when I'll be out there but it'll be before it gets too hot for sure.
Aceto, it's a deal. We'll listen to the rock together =)
Matt, it could be any time, who knows? I remember seeing the area around Albaquerque when I was a kid. Thinking back it looks awesome!

OK fair enough. When you get to JTree or So Cal let me know. Would love to hit the old JTree with you.
Starting the first of the year, I'll have every other Fri off. Always willing to take one or two vacation days off to go climbing some place good. Just need to coordinate with my boss (AKA wife) and work.
Sorry no room at the Inn though, got a house full of munchkins.

Remember, I'm looking for the diversity of local experiance, not the bestest climbing.
I have the rest of my life to pick and choose between climbing. This trip is about having a good time and meeting people from all over the world (don't worry, later stages of this plan will take me to the rest of the world!)

I'd love you do some climbing with you around Salt Lake City. I'm pretty busy with school, but if you wanted to hit it up come may or later, I'd love to have you. Also if you are in the area before may, a weekend would work. Let me know when you plan on hitting Utah.
