The Black Diamond small locker (quicksilver) is pretty nice, definitely not the smallest, but its super cheap. I have a bunch of these for other than belaying purposes. Though it is not a keylock, if that matters to you, I think the Positron is, but costs a bit more.

Yep +1.
I have 4 of each. Positron and QS. I use them for setting up belay anchors/belay stations. Work great. Nearly the same weight as regular biners.
But as someone mention the superfly is prolly the lightest.

The Vaporlock is a touch smaller than a Positron.
I'm also interested in the "need" for a small locker...it is nice to have some different options for gear though...especially when you're a gear whore like me.

I love my Trango's Superfly lockers  ...I love them the first time I saw one at REI, who does not carry them anymore.

I carry a couple BD quicksilver2's and an older version of the DMM sentinel for my Cinch. Petzl attache on my reverso but that's not as small
quicksilvers are nice for just general attaching stuff.. hanging the reverso from your anchor.. one i use for my sling to clean sport anchors or any other bolted anchor connection.

It would help to know what you intend on doing with them. If you're looking for very small and very light, I've used the following. Note that I have some gear whorish friends:
DMM Shadow: My personal multi-pitch lockers of choice. Light and small enough to make little impact on your rack, but large enough to be considered general purpose. Keylock nose is wonderful, and general offset D shape is nice. Obscenely pricey, unless you snag a ridiculous deal (which I did)
DMM Phantom: Pretty much exactly like the Shadow, except keychain sized. Absurdly light and small. Too small for my tastes. YMMV. Very pricey, wait for good deals.
Trango Superfly: Much cheaper than the above. However, non-keylock nose. I also found that the gate tends to unscrew itself unexpectedly a lot. Part of that has to do with the fact that in less than a half turn, the screw gate goes from all the way closed to open. I also find it a bit fidlier than the others listed due to the strangely flat spine. However, you can get 2 of them for the price of one DMM shadow.
Other small lockers I haven't used, so can't say anything about:

For real small, I like the Trango Superflys. I often carry 4 to 6 on a climb, and find that at 41 grams, you can use them to lock off a runner at a crux, your rope at the belay, your pas at a belay, and have some left to clip important things you don't want to drop (shoes, water etc) . Moosejaw and Bentgate have them for @ $10.00, glad I got them before the price went up. The Neon, Element and the Dmm Shadow are coming in at 43 grams, the Neon is the same price and both of those have a keylock nose. The Element is a little less scratch.
However, I find that the Trangos won't clip much stuff, they get crowded fast. So I usually have a DMM Sentinel so I can clip bunch more stuff, or utilize it with a Munter for belaying or rapping if needed. At 56 grams, it comes in where the BD Quicksilver is but is more versatile. The BD Vaporlock has come along since I bought the DMMs, and at 52 grams it's essentially a lighter version of the same thing. However, you are looking for "Small", not light...although they usually go hand in hand.
That should get you started. Like everyone else, wondering what you will be doing that you are looking for "small" and not "light".

The Trango Smooth Screwlock is my locker of chose. it is key lock and fairly light. This thing get the job done.

Oh yea, I have a couple of these too.  The wife has a standing order to buy me climbing stuff for birthdays, aniverseries, Chirstmas.
For a small biner they are good for belaying, better than the BD posi and QS. But since they are round, they take up more space in a bolt hanger.

CAMP Orbit lockers are pretty small, have a keylock nose, and are a little cheaper than BD quicksilvers.
