I skied fore 20yrs before I got on a board and it is hands down moar fun in teh deep snow than teh skis. Living in Metah it only makes sense to clip bolts, plug gear, ski, and snowboard.

for a ski town, no snow really sucks. terrible conditions. i spent yesterday afternoon at first aid, waiting for the ski patrol to bring down one of the newbies that volley for our hosting program. poor kid hit a stump and landed on his lower back/tailbone. thankfully no broken bones or serious injuries, but the kid won't be sitting comfortably for a while.

Yes, a ton. Whatever Cleveland forecast is (usually measured at the airport) we get double/triple that, until the lake freezes and lake effect stops

I could see that. Lake Erie is on more of an angle than Lake Ontario.
I get to drive from Owen Sound to Ontario in that rain mess that's forecast for tomorrow and then off to Minnesnowta on Saturday morning (well, technically we're staying overnight in Wisconsin first). It's going to be terrible.

Had a shorts and no shirt day at the cirque today. Definitely the best winter climbing yet this season. Made a high point on the prodge but blew out a tip and the blood greased me off a hold at the top. Still, conditions were so amazing that I couldn't complain. Watched mikey put down another one four FA, which was pretty rad. Now posting and drinking from pies and pints; pretty fucking happy right now.

Look, I get it that ewe are a stuck in teh 80's ski bitch. That ewe tried boreding a few tymes but were unwilling to step owt ov yore cumfort zone long enough to actually get gud at it... or maybe ewe just thought yore ass looked better in tight ski pants than a pair ov baggies?

Well, as it turns owt, we'll be in teh desert (josh) this weekend...
On sat we're going to Big Tony's gnu secret sport area. Ewe won't be able to talk about it or check oft teh roots anywhere and it's an hour hike in but ewe are welcum to join us ifs ewe like. I will be stopping at Nomads at about 8 in teh morning to pick up C-ya and wood be happy to give ewe a ride if ewe wunt.
Knot sure where we will go on sunday.... maybe join ewe and snoppy in teh park or head oft to NJC or maybe head to teh hole.... probibly decide at dinner sat night.
