In reply to: All I got was a lump of coal. And Beth, you know that its against the law to burn said coal without retrofitting the proper EPA certified antismog filtration units, so you better watch your A$$. Im sorry you only got a lump of coal, tell you what. Ill give you the first glass of the Ouray 2004 Ice Festival to be named beer. Its worth the wait, and its unique unto all the world.

I am SO there!! I did buy myself a new rope as a present to myself last week. And don't worry, the Bush admin will relax the EPA rules so that I can burn my lump of coal without fear of industrial fines.

As some of you may recall, Nurse Ratchet and I climbed Mt. Assiniboine this past summer... Nurse Ratchet gave me a print of the Glen Boles drawing of Mt. Assiniboine, signed by Glen himself. And a North Face hardshell jacket. Brutus

2 crome, chinese dexterity balls for my hands, 2 canvas straps that you put on chin up bars and they have these individual loops for each finger and you do pull ups. And a lot of cool photography books. The loops were from my uncle and the year before he got me the grip plate to put up in the basement.

Christmas was once again amazing for me - but this was my first Christmas with the Chica in our new house, so that takes the cake on perfect gifts! As for climbing related - Pair of Dragons Prana Titan Pants Some North Face baselayers Mountain hardware gloves fleece hat (it's Titleist, but will be worn for both golf and climbing) and . .. last but not least . . . I'm off to Bishop for 10 days! A happy, healthy and safe new year to you all . . . may you all climb as much as you wish and send all that you can dream of!

a great new columbia jacket, and a camelback H.A.W.G. backpack. These things are awesome. Oh yeah, and my lovely REI christmas bonus didn't hurt either. I'm going to work @ 430, and I will be leaving with a few aliens most likely.

Handful of aliens (2 yellow, 3 orange, 1 red), a 9.7mm x 70m rope (for doubling up those Needles pitches), and about 40 holds for the home gym. Santa liked me this year....
