I got myself some new blue women's velcro anasazis and they sure do fit very nicely. I had to buy 1/2 size larger than the tan anasazis.

Has anyone with a wider foot tried these? I love the idea of a lower, smaller heel cup and higher arch (I wear what I guess are now the "men's" velcro), but I have pretty wide feet. Any hope for me? :)

Try out La Sportiva shoes. My partner has a narrow heel and high arch but a wide foot, and that's what he wears and loves.

Yeah, I've worn Sportiva shoes at various times. I love the Muiras. But as my Anasazis near the end of their lifespan, I'm looking to get another velcro shoe, and I don't like the Katanas. I'll probably end up trying on the women's 5.10 as well as the new women's Katana. Any other wide-foot suggestions are welcome (I'm looking for a shoe on the mold of the Anasazis--not real down-turned, good edging and smearing, not too stiff or thick in the sole).
