I'm sure this has been discussed before, and I apologize in advance if that is the case. I'm just a dumb n00b. :roll: How important is pure strength in your climbing? I have never been the muscle bound type. In fact I've never been over 150. Recently I have reached a plateau, and just simply cant bite on some problems other guys can. No matter what level of technique, how important do you think brute power is in competition?
