I didn't know whether to post this here, or in Climbing History and Trivia but I was just wondering, how many women have climbed 5.14 or above? And what years did they do it? Is there a timeline somewhere of this? Just curious.

Off the top of my head, Emily Harrington and some Euro I read about in R&I (can't recall the name, though).

That Euro would probably be Josune Bereziartu. She's climbed 14d/15a (9a/a+). Not sure why we haven't heard more about her lately. If you go to her website there's photos of her and she is soooo lean. Probably about 5% body fat. Not sure how long your body can take that. Of course, don't forget about Lynn Hill, the first woman to climb 5.14 in 1990! She is so amazing. Just saw her in Hueco and she looks great.

There was an article in one of the magazines about a year and a half ago that was called "The women of 5.14" or something similar. It listed many of the reported 5.14's. There were a ton...mostly by European women that I've never heard of.
