Hi everyone...

Please help. I am a US citizen (Alaska) going on a climbing trip within the Continental USA. I wanted to procure medical/evacuation insurance but every plan I've uncovered so far that covers me in the US does NOT cover me for rock climbing. All plans that cover rock climbing only cover me for outside the US??? I'm leaving soon, and was under the impression that this sort of coverage would be easy to get. I guess not. Please help!

Hi Lisa,

Try the American Alpine Club. They provide rescue insurance as part of their dues.
