Leisure Constraints on Female Ice Climbers

This is what my Senior Thesis is!
So here's the deal: In my never-ending quest to graduate college (well, hopefully-ending-in-May quest), we have to come up with a big ol' academic study and then carry it out. So I'm researching what it is that keeps women from ice climbing (there's enough men out there, so who cares about them?)
So ladies, what I'm asking of you is to fill out the survey below and send it back to me. You don't have to be an ice climber, you don't even need to have the desire to try it. To fill this out you only have to be 1) Female 2) A climber of some sort.
I've attached word documents of both a cover letter and the actual survey.
You may return the survey to me in any number of ways: respond to this thread, send me a PM, or just send me an email (Jameson.kneeland@lyndonstate.edu). There will be no connection between you and your answers, and you will not be any further solicited after this point.
Please answer as truthfully as possible. Thank you for all your help! It is greatly appreciated!

Haha, feel free to include both of those under the risk question. While I agree the cold question in particular may have been good to include, it is much too late and would require far too much paperwork to change at this point.
But please respond regardless!

The thing is... I don't perceive that fewer women ice climb than men. There are also lots of very good female ice climbers out there (Ines Papert, Kim Czismasia, Abby Watkins, etc.) Maybe it's because I live near some of the best ice climbs in the world.

It might also be interesting for you to find out whether the women who ice climb also lead, and what level they generally lead.

Thanks a bunch for all the replies everyone. This is just a quick reminder for anyone who may have intended to fill out a survey but didn't get around to it. This will be the only bump, I promise.

Thanks again!
