We were climbing at the Franklin WV site; up the big stone steps... Our teenage son forgot his brand new blue running shoes near the creek; he was cooling off a bit near the parking area by the stone steps- entrance to the creek immediately across from the parking, down about 70 feet. We are in Ohio but plan to be back within the next two weeks to climb Seneca again. If anyone is out that way climbing and will be going through Seneca Rock WV on the way back, could you please drop those very expensive sneakers to the Gendarme Climbing school to hold for us? It's right behind Yokum's general store on your way through Seneca Rock. We should be back through to the Gendarme soon. Many thanks friends! Happy climbing!
