Greetings, y'all... I approached Trevor and Jaydoc about a collaborative project on climbing, health, first-aid, and the like. They've both agreed to the idea, and I'm now apporaching you, the site members, for your input: What topic on climbing health/first-aid/rehab/treatments/etc. would you like to read about? More info on training? Info on how to deal with injuries or illness in the wild? Proper care for rehab of an injured knee? Talk to me, and I'll do what I can to oblige. Thanks for the input. Post here, or send me an IM or e-mail. Best, JRB

Ideal foods that can be taken before, during and after climbing to benefit you in the short and long run, i.e. both high energy and nutritional for muscle growth.

well, practical is good. Anyone who injurs themselves should see a doctor of course, so the only thing anyone really NEEDS to know is wilderness first aid, basic life-support. First-responder type info would benefit the most people.
