A few friends and i (4 ppl) will be moving to ThunderBay in a few months and would like to meet up with someone that knows the area.

It was a joke. I do know that it takes longer for the north to get acceptable warmer than the TO area. The rock will be pretty cold and wet for teh next while. Spring make climbing here much harder than you'd think.
