when i pull on slopers or like, crimps on overhangs my wrist hurts real bad and like, pops kinda. then i cant make a fist or pull hard for a week. whats up?

I get that, I usually just tape around my wrist and hope that it goes away, best way is rest + you should probably start stretching it.

Thou hast fuggithed up thyne tendons in the wrist area. Get a wrist immobilizer and stop using the thing for six weeks solid. I did that and escaped permanent injury. My ex-girlfriend blew off her wrist pain and just tried to crank harder and deal with it. Now she can't even climb at all.

Take your pick.

You may not want to stretch. If it pops, you may have hypermobile joints and stretching would be bad. (see the wrist popping and clicking forum to determine if you are hypermobile.) You may need to strenghten. If you can't make a fist for a week, it sounds pretty serious. I would consider seeing a physical therapist to see what's wrong. Immobilization is not always the answer.
