 Those mountain ice shoes look bizarre. Look like something Frankenstien would wear to his wedding to the Bride of Frankenstien.

So those aren't WHAT THE PROS USE? Son of a bitch, I bought a pair of those from that seller last fall and ice climbed all winter in them as I climbed THE SERIOUS MOUNTAINS WHERE THE ROCK DISAPPEARS INTO THE DENSE SHADOWS OF ICE. I felt like they were MEANT TO PROVIDE ULITMATE SAFETY on those DENSE SHADOWS OF ICE. (caps indicate qoutes from the listing)

lol - about the 17-yr old guy too! oh man i though it was bad enough until i read down lower... the "or a guy, I'm willing to experiment" thing really put the icing on the cake... (.... be even better if it were a real ebay auction  )

Good God!!!! I can't believe I've been wasting my time in those La Sportiva Nepal Extremes with a great set of BD crampons on them. I could have been climbing with real ice mountaineering boots LIKE THE PROS USE for a mere $11!!!! Damn I am such a fool!!

Oh yeah, if these are in "excellent" condition why does it look like all the bolts on the bottom and sides are rusting  ?

You know, I was up K2 last week and struggling a bit. But then I saw a whole team of yetis go flying past me. They were roped together with barbed wire (it increases friction on the ice). Guess what - they were all wearing these "PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN CLIMBING ICE SHOES".

Those look great. Break out the French technique I guesse, unless you prefer to "front-NUBBIN" instead of "front-point". WOW people are incredible. What happens when some kid buys these and dies on one of those MOUNTAINS WHERE THE ROCK DISAPPE.... etc. Sheesh!

I can't believe he's selling depends for men on there along with a Victoria's Secret hand-bag. That's quite a combination...along with the tin cans on your feet, I'd say you'd be one of the pros for sure!
