I'v just tried to make a donation through PayPal. In addition to my donation amount I am being charged 10% shipping and handling and 7.75% sales tax. Should I just reduce my original donation so that the total adds up to my intended donation or this there something else going on?

Sorry. This is a mistake. There is not shipping involved for a donation. Everything you pay will go directly to a donation.
Sorry about this. I'm working with PayPal today to figure this out.
