any one familiar with A/C system and air cleaner for climbing gym?... seems like all the chalk is killing my A/C in a year to a year and half..... !!! any suggestion?

Double pleated filters changed 2x month, and either buy or build chalk scrubbers.
Any more advice is on the clock.
