It wasn't that long ago anyone could advertise themself as a guide or instructor and operate as a business. What is the situation currently?
Can anyone here proide pros and cons of starting up a guide service? Is a combination of services (Climbing + backpacking+ photo tours) a practical offering? Clarification/options for certifications? Insurance and licenses? Sources of business plans adaptable for a guide service?
