Hey, those of you whom have been in here awhile and are obviously honest or maybe even some of the obs form a panel and you all rate them. See how that goes for awhile. I am sure it wouldnt be perfect but I think it might be more honest. Just a thought....

I was thinking the same thing just today.

Maybe something like:

1 to 5 - bad picture
6 to 9 - good picture
10 - Interruptor's picture

Nice idea, but not practical...we spend so much time editing and approving pics that we would NEVER have enough time to rate them also. I got so tired of the ridiculous voting patterns, i.e. voting for submitter rather than the photo, vindictive voting, etc., that I don't allow my photos to be voted on. True, my photos are seen by less people now and don't ever get on the front page, but the people that know my work go to my albums and check them out. A lot of my photos are submitted so there will be a photo of the area in the routes dbase. I hate clicking on an area and not being able to see what it is like there.
