Thats quite a lot V15. I Boulder max 4 times a week. I use to train 5/6 times a week and then got an injury, which has put me out of climbing for two months now. I guess its what you do, Climb or Boulder. Bouldering moves will me more strenuous on the fingers so you will need more rest days. So 3/4 times a week. Cimbing moves are not as stressful as bouldering moves but gets you pumped more. So 4/5 times a week. And then its the amount of hours spent on the wall at each time. For bouldering many people spend about 2/3 hours. Climbing can go on for the day, depending on how hard your climbing. This all depends on the climber/boulderer and how hard he/she trains. Hope this helps.

I climb whenever I can drag someone out to go with me which is about 2xs a week on bad weeks and 6 days a week on good ones LoL but normally about 4x's a week wish i could go everyday... or have a kick butt job like someone on this site that lets them travel and climb I am green with envy.

Well I am like pumpkin then. I only climb on weekends when I get the chance. My dad and I have to drive for about an hour to get to the gym and about 2.5 to get to Austin. I wish I could climb more!

I boulder once or twice a week at my local climbing gym which I might say has a fabulous bouldering area. I climb once a week at a different gym, (for endurance) and I climb at least one day on the weekend outdoors... if not I head back to the gym... I'm in training for competitions now... it's a drug.... I'm too competative.

Does not compute!!! Danger, danger Will Robenson!!! I was trying to figure this one out. I had a melt down and grabbed a cold one out of the fridge. Sometimes I'll climb every day of the week. Sometimes I'll never have the opportunity to get on any rock But I damn try any chance I get. Kinda a cool thing about living around so much rock. After thought....How do you get on welfare??? JUST KIDDING....THAT LAST COMMENT WAS A JOKE!!!

I used to climb twice a week but I just moved to Mexico city and I haven't found a place that's nice I went to a couple of places that sucked and one place that was nice but way to far to go often so I'm lucky if I go once every two weeks now

i assume some of you guys are talking about gym climbing, i hit it one or two days during the weekend and work all week, so far my wife has kept up pretty well, but i think i am tiring her out. this weekend we are going island hopping instead of climbing and i hope to get some seaside bouldering in.

I've got it good out here: I've managed to climb every day for the last two weeks (being temporarily unemployed is definitely helping my climbing!). Nice limestone sport climbing is only five minutes away. Gotta love it. In the last week alone I've been clipping bolts on limestone, plugging cams on granite and sucking wind in the mountains. 'tis good... 'tis good... Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up without an injury! (Every time my climbing gets on a roll something blows!) If so, I guess there's always biking. (Before moving here, I lived in Iowa and climbed maybe twice a month on real rock... if I was lucky. Perhaps I'm overcompensating for the previous climbingless existence?)
