Wondering if anyone has been up to temple crag and the palisade area recently? I am interested in how much snow is still on the ground for accessing routes on temple crag and the descent. Also, anyone know what the conditions are like on the Palisade Glacier?

Thanks
Will

Will, I'm sorry to change the subject so quickly, but... I climbed the Sun Ribbon a few seasons ago and really thought it was overrated quality wise. I was just wondering what other folks thought. We simuled the first part up to the tyrolian which was fun, easy, alpine crusin'. After that though I found that it got more tedious than anything else. There were a couple of interesting moves here and there, but found winding through the gendarmes kind of a pain. We probably should have unroped. In general I just didn't really enjoy the rest of the route. I'll most likely get flamed for this, but I would like to know what other's think. I just hope Peter Croft doesn't read this.
The "U" & "V" notches were both excellent though.
