so, i haven;t been able to climb in four weeks due to a broken foot, thanks to the new river gorge and a twenty foot wipper. i'm jsut sending this out to see if anyone has a good way to maintain the upper body and the rough hands until my foot heals (and i already have/ do finger-board exercises every day). thanks for the help

you could always do so weight lifting, though the workout might not be as "fun" if you can't warm up by running and so forth, but that's what I usually do.
