I just bought one, I heard the world about it. How does it capture action/ speed? How is it for climbing general use?

Great camera... the predecessor to the 20d which I use. I believe features are simiar.

Most importantly, what lenses did you get with it?

And to answer your questions, it will do everything you want (and more), and do it well. The tough part is that you are the one in control and have to know how to use it to the best of its abilities. The photos produced will only be as good as the person pushing the button. Practice practice practice.

As for "general use," I stick with my little Panasonic point-and-shoot rather than lugging a big SLR with multiple lenses up a climb.

Have fun with the new toy.
